Philips Foundation is committed to improve access to healthcare in underserved communities through innovation and collaboration. Many of our projects and activities explore new ideas, solutions, or models for scaling access to care in these communities. Through our projects, we generate new insights and knowledge that help catalyze innovation and inspire others to act. The Knowledge Hub offers a repository of learnings and ideas from our past projects, reports, publications, and other project resources.
To make healthcare more accessible for all, Philips Foundation deploys Philips’ expertise in innovative and technology-enabled solutions, strengthens community and primary healthcare at local level and fosters healthcare delivery models that are scalable, financially sustainable, and affordable. Our focus areas in the healthcare sector are addressing the rise in non-communicable diseases (such as cardiovascular and respirsatory diseases), improving maternal and child care, and enhancing the effectiveness of acute (emergency) care in underserved communities around the world.
Below are some of our successful projects that demonstrate how we are improving access to healthcare and drive sustainable change.
